Dear Brothers and Sisters in
Christ,
We are pleased to be able to host the third in a series of
city wide prayer services aimed primarily to unite in prayer for our common
concerns. We want to extend an invitation for you and your church members to
attend.
The first two were extremely
successful as we gathered at St Mary’s Catholic Cathedral and again at Trinity
Fellowship. Hundreds of people from many different churches came together and
called upon the Lord in Unity. Many left there with a feeling of renewed hope
for our city and our country.
These are troubled times we are living in and God is
calling His people to prayer. He said in 2 Chron. 7:14 “if My people who are
called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn
from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their
sin and heal their land.” As we come together in unity to pray for our city and
nation, we believe we will experience God‘s blessings and see answers to those
prayers.
Please join us at Arena of Life Church, Loop 335 and South
Washington, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday August 23rd. Lets join forces, unite in prayer, and see God’s hand
at work.
